Last updated November 6, 2026
We take your privacy seriously and are committed to being transparent about how we use your information. This website and the services that link to this Privacy Policy are operated by Gamely AI Limited ("Gamely", "we" or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains:
- what information we collect and why we collect it;
- how we use that information; and
- the choices we offer, including how to access and update your information.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at gamelyai@gamely.com.
Data Collection
We collect information to provide better services to our users and to improve our business. We collect information in two ways.
Information you give us or provide through a social network. Some of our services ask you to sign up for an account, provide information for a contest or award, or link an account from a social network such as Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Google or LinkedIn. We have access to the information you provide directly, and to information from those social networks according to your privacy settings on them.
We collect your email address when you sign up for an account on our website. Any other information, such as a display name, is optional.
Information we get from your use of our services. We may collect information about the services you use and how you use them, such as when you visit different parts of our site or apps and what selections you make. We may also automatically collect technical information, including:
- Device information, such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information if you use a mobile device.
- Log information. When you use our services or view content provided by us, we may automatically collect and store certain information in server logs, including:
- details of how you used our service, such as your navigation paths and search queries;
- mobile-related information if you access our website from a mobile device;
- your internet protocol (IP) address;
- device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and the referring URL;
- browser type, operating system and other technical information.
- Cookies that may uniquely identify your browser, mobile device or account.
How We Use Information We Collect
We use the information we collect from our services to provide, maintain, protect and improve them, to develop new services and offerings, and to protect us and our users. We also use this information to offer you tailored content, such as more relevant search results and ads.
When you contact us, we may keep a record of your communication, together with the other information described in this Privacy Policy, to help solve any issues you are facing. We may use your email address to tell you about our services, such as upcoming changes or improvements.
We use aggregated and demographic information to support our advertising so that we can continue to provide many services for free. We never disclose your personally identifiable information to advertisers unless we have notified you or you have consented.
We or our advertising networks may use cookies, tags, beacons or similar technologies to serve you relevant advertisements and to tell you about our content, including on other sites and services. These technologies can also be used to collect and analyze aggregated information about our users. The Network Advertising Initiative provides more information and an opt-out tool at https://optout.networkadvertising.org/.
Please keep in mind that comment sections, forums and similar areas of our services are public. Anything you post in those areas can be viewed and used by anyone who has access to them.
We will ask for your consent before using your information for a purpose other than those set out in this Privacy Policy.
Your Choices
If we send you mailings or other communications, you can always opt out of them.
You can also set your browser to block all cookies, including cookies associated with our services, or to tell you when we set a cookie. Please note that many of our services may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
Voice Processing
If you provide us with recordings of your voice, we will analyze them using voice modeling technology to create a voice model that can generate synthetic audio sounding like your voice. Specifically, we use AI-based technologies that analyze your speech characteristics to build a distinct model of your vocal traits. This voice model can be used to generate sound resembling your voice. Depending on where you live, applicable law may define your voice model, and any synthetic audio generated from it, as a biometric identifier or biometric information.
Your voice data is permanently deleted when your account is deleted.
Go AI App
This section explains what the Go AI app collects. Where it differs from the general sections above, this section applies to Go AI. Go AI has no user accounts and does not show ads.
Usage data (Google Analytics for Firebase)
Go AI uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used and what needs to be improved. We collect:
- Feature usage events, such as starting or finishing a game, starting or completing a training set, opening a review explanation, viewing the upgrade screen, starting a purchase and its result, and which screen you viewed. Events carry only a limited set of values, such as board size, difficulty level and game result.
- Purchase information. Whether you have bought the full version. When a purchase succeeds, Firebase also records the product ID, price, currency and quantity.
- Device and app information: device model, operating system version, app version and app language.
- An app instance ID. Firebase generates this random ID for each installation. It is not an advertising ID. Deleting and reinstalling the app creates a new one.
- Approximate location. Firebase infers your country or region from your IP address. Go AI does not request location permission.
We do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA or the Android advertising ID), the IDFV or the SSAID. We also do not collect your name, account or contact details, or your game records, moves, puzzle content or anything you type.
Feature settings and experiments (Firebase Remote Config)
Each time Go AI starts, it downloads feature settings, such as daily free limits, from Firebase Remote Config and from a configuration file hosted on Cloudflare. To test improvements, we may randomly assign installations to groups that receive different settings. These requests include a Firebase installation ID, the app version and basic device information. Our hosting providers also see your IP address. These requests do not record what you do in the app.
How we use it
We use this data only to run and improve the app. We do not link it to your identity. We do not use it to track you across other apps or websites, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not sell it.
Processing and retention
Google processes this data as our service provider, and it may be stored outside your country or region. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Event data is kept for 14 months. Data tied to an installation is kept until 14 months after that installation was last used, and is then deleted automatically. Aggregated statistics that are not tied to any installation, such as daily user counts, may be kept longer.
Your choices
In Go AI, go to Settings → Privacy → Usage Data and turn off the switch. Usage data collection stops immediately and stays off after a restart. The app still downloads feature settings as described above, but no usage events are sent. Event data collected earlier is deleted when the retention period ends. Questions: gamelyai@gamely.com.

- detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; or
- protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of our users or the public, as required or permitted by law.
In a sale or transfer of assets. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or other transaction involving the sale of some or all of our assets, user information, including personal information collected through your use of our services, could be included in the transferred assets. If this happens, we will use reasonable means to notify you, by email and/or by a prominent notice on our services.
In aggregated form for business purposes. We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners, such as businesses we have a relationship with, advertisers or connected sites. For example, we may share information that shows trends in the general use of our services.
Information Security
We work hard to protect our users from unauthorized access to, or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of, the information we hold. However, no website is entirely secure. Please also protect the account information in your possession.
